Once again an email was sent to you from Operations about working a broken shift on June 21st, an unpaid furlough day. As you know by contract all communication like this are to be reviewed by the President for review prior to sending to the members. This was not done. The union does not approve of this directive as it violates our contract and there is mention of paying us for our services. I am in the process of asking Operations to rescind the memo and the directive.
